The 2010 Warkworth Garden Tour is tomorrow Sunday June 20 - 10am - 4pm.

There are seven great gardens to see this year featuring art installations and demonstrations and musical entertainment.

Passports are $20 and are still for sale at Stone House Gardens in Warkworth village. There will also be a limited supply of them available tomorrow at the two gardens furthest from the village – School House Gardens (Tom Harris & Dennis Gebhardt) 404 Conc.Rd.3 West and at Paul Portelli & Derrick Wendel’s Garden 401 Conc.Rd.11 East.

The weather forecast is cloudy with sunny periods clearing in the afternoon. Sounds like a great day for a garden tour!

Gillenia trifoliata is a clump forming native North American wild flower with slender red stems, small trifoliate leaves and narrow petalled, white flowers. Beautiful, delicate and hardy.
