August Reflection in the Garden

August is the perfect month for reflection. We've been working hard, whether at our jobs or in our gardens.  It's time to relax for a bit, to shut down the computer or hang up the trowel, leave the BlackBerry in the house and just sit in the garden for a minute or an hour or an afternoon. There is so much to just enjoy, the beautiful late-summer blooms, the intricate details of the foliage, the soothing buzzing of the bees, the graceful flight of the butterflies. While we're at it, let's take stock of the blessings, remember good things past and make joyful plans for the future. Oh, and most important of all, let's enjoy the moment. a
